7billion FZC is a company registered in SPC Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, at Business Center, SPC FZ, Sharjah UAE. This policy covers 7billion.ae and the enquiries we receive through it. Questions go to info@7billion.ae.

What we collect

Only two things.

What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive what you are building, the market, where you are with regulation, when it needs to be live, your name, your company and your email address. If you write by email or WhatsApp instead, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message. There is no account to create and no profile is built.

Standard server records. Our host records the usual technical details of a request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These are kept for security and troubleshooting and are not used to identify or profile anyone.

What this site does not do

This is unusual enough to state plainly, and it is true of the site as it stands.

• No cookies. The site sets none at all, which is why there is no cookie banner.
• No analytics and no advertising trackers.
• No third-party requests. Everything the page loads, including the fonts, comes from our own domain. No social widgets, no embedded players, no tag managers.
• Nothing is stored in your browser. No local storage, no session storage.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not use it to train anything.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to discuss what you are building, and to deliver work if we go on to work together. That is the only reason. We do not send marketing to people who have not asked for it.

Who else can see it

We name these rather than saying “trusted partners”, which tells you nothing.

• Vercel Inc. hosts the site and holds the server records described above.
• Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox.
• Our email provider holds the mail at info@7billion.ae.

All three operate outside the UAE, so your information may be processed in other countries, including the United States and in Europe. We share enquiry details with nobody else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are in discussion with you, and for 24 months afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. Server records are kept for a short period by our host under their own retention schedule.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our holding it. Write to info@7billion.ae and a person will answer. We do not charge for this and we will not ask you why.

These rights are given by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and by the GDPR where it applies to you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and enquiries reach us over encrypted connections. Access to the inbox is limited to the people working on your enquiry. No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information about children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. We intend to add website traffic analytics. When we do, this page will be updated to say what is collected and by whom before that analytics goes live, and visitors in the EU and the UK will be asked to consent first.
